2 1/2lbIdaho potatoes
10ozButter, cut in pieces (2 1/2
1cTo 1 1/4 bottled horseradish
1 1/2cWhipping cream or whole milk
  Salt and ground black pepper

Wash potatoes well, leaving the skins on, and cut them in half. Cover with water in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook until potatoes are very tender, about 25 min. Drain and return potatoes to pot. (do not peel). Add butter and begin to mash by hand.
